الوعي السياحي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة "دراسة ميدانية ولاية غرداية
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الوعي السياحي ودوره في برقيق التنمية السياحية الدستدامة، من خلال برديد سمات وخصائص الوعي السياحي ودوره في برقيق التنمية السياحية الدستدامة، واستند البحث على لرموعة من الدراجع والدصادر العلمية التي اىتمت بالدوضوع في الجانب النظري، أما الجانب العملي فقد تم اختيار موظفي مديرية السياحة والوكالات السياحية وعمال الفنادق والإعلاميتُ والدرشدين السياحيتُ كمجال لتطبيق الدراسة إذ تم اختيار عيينة عشوائية ميسرة بلغت 50 مفردة حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان من اجل التعرف على أراء الدستجوبتُ حول اثر متغيتَات الدراسة، واعتمدت الدراسة على الدنهج الوصفي التحليلي و أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي، واستخدام برنامج SPSS20 وبرنامج Excel2007 ، لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ىناك قصور في الوعي السياحي من قبل موظفي الدؤسسات السياحية، وبناء على ذلك قدمت الدراسة لرموعة من التوصيات من ضمنها ضرورة رفع مستوى الوعي السياحي بالنسبة للموظفتُ خاصة وللمؤسسات السياحية ككل والعمل على تطوير التنمية السياحية الدستدامة في القطاع السياحي .The study aims to recognize the impact of the tourism Awareness to the Sustainable tourism development by defining the features of the tourism awareness and its impact to achieve the sustainable tourism development ; this search based by a set of references and scientific sources that attend in the subject for the theorecal aspect ,while the practical aspect ; it has been chosen the employers of the tourism sector as a field to apply this study where were selected a random sample amount 50 single, this questionnaire designed in order to know the opinions of the respondents about the study variables , the descriptive statistics, then the use of SPSS20 and Excel 2007 programs for data analysis and hypothesis testing ,the study concluded that there is weakness and failure in the use of the tourism awareness method by the sustainable tourism . Consequently this study provided a series of recommendations including the necessity of learning the tourism awareness and its importance for them and the whole foundation, and work to raise the level of the tourism awareness
