البعد الوحدوي المغاربي في أدبيات الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية ، التيار الاستقلالي أنموذجا 1939-1954

Résumé: يتناول المقال مسألة الوحدة المغاربية من خلال أدبيات التيار الاستقلالي الجزائري في الفترة الممتدة بين 1939 و 1954، فبالرغم أن هذه الوحدة كانت منذ مطلع القرن20 من اهتمامات الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية بصورة عامة، إلا أننا نسجل حضورها المركزي لدى هذا التيار، حيث جعل من مشروع تحرير منطقة المغرب العربي ضمانا للتحرير القطري، فقد كان البعد الوحدوي المغاربي من أساسيات ميلاده عند تأسيس نجم شمال أفريقيا في سنة 1926، ثم حافظ عليه بعد تأسيس حزب الشعب الجزائري في سنة1937، ثم حركة انتصار الحريات الديموقراطية سنة 1947. و عند فحص ما أنتجه هذا التيار من أدبيات خلال هذه الفترة، يظهر جليا أنه تمسك بهذه المعيارية النضالية، و قام بترسيخها و تعميقها ،و سعى إلى تجسيدها ميدانيا وفق مبادرات تنظيمية. و لكن جاء في نفس هذه المضامين الوحدوية المغاربية، ما عرفه هذا التوجه من انتكاسات حالت دون تحقيق تلك الوحدة النضالية المنشودة، فمن جهة لم تبادل الأطراف المغاربية الأخرى الاتجاه الاستقلالي الجزائري نفس الحماس لهذا التوجه، و نفس الأولوية، التي كانت في العديد من المرات بالنسبة لها قطرية، و من جهة أخرى كانت الدسائس الاستعمارية بالمرصاد لهذه النظرة الاستشرافية، و قامت بكل المناورات لإجهاض ما سماه رئيس الوزراء الفرنسي في الخمسينات من القرن 20 إدغار فور بــــ "مشروع الوحدة الثورية للمغرب الكبير " . The article delves into the concept of Maghreb unity through the literature of the Algerian independence movement spanning from 1939 to 1954. Despite being a long-standing concern within the Algerian national movement, Maghreb unity held a central position within this particular ideological stream. It envisioned the liberation of the Maghreb region as integral to territorial emancipation. This Maghreb unity principle was foundational to the birth of “the North African Star” in 1926 and persisted through the establishment of the Algerian People's Party in 1937 and “the Movement for the Triumph of Democratic Freedoms” in 1947. Analysis of the literature from this period reveals a steadfast commitment to this militant ethos, with efforts made to fortify and actualize it through organizational initiatives. However, despite the articulation of Maghreb unity ideals, various setbacks impeded the realization of the desired militant unity. While the Algerian independence movement championed this direction with fervor, other Maghreb parties did not share the same enthusiasm or prioritize it, often favoring territorial concerns. Additionally, colonial machinations actively worked against this visionary perspective, employing tactics to undermine what French Prime Minister Edgar Faure in the 1950s labeled as the "Revolutionary Unity Project of the Greater Maghreb."
