الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية الشباب و الرياضة بولاية ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الإبداع الإداري بين عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية ورقلة ، ودراسة الفروق في ذلك تبعا لمتغير ( الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية ) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لتطبيق الدراسة؛ أين طبق على جميع عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة بورقلة والمقدر عددهم بـــ (60) عاملا خلال الموسم الجامعي 2016/2017 ، وذلك بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية أين قدر الصدق بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي ، حيث تراوحت معاملات ارتباط الفقرات بأبعادها ما بين ( 0.370- 0.880) وتراوحت معاملات ارتباط الأبعاد بالدرجة الكلية ما بين (0.686 - 0.870) وقدر معامل الثبات بمعادلة ألفا كرونباخ بـــ (0.878) وعليه حللت المعطيات المتحصل عليها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في اختبار الإشارة ، اختبار مان ويتني واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي فكانت النتائج على النحو التالي: مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة مرتفع. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الإبداع الإداري بين عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الإبداع الإداري بين عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الإبداع الإداري بين عمال مديرية الشباب والرياضة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. ليتم تفسيرها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الإبداع الإداري The present situdy aims to reveal the leveal of administrative creativity creativity among the workers the Directorate of Youth and Sports,of the stateof ouargla.and to study the differences according to (gender, qualification and seniority) to achieve the objectives of the study. The number of coefficients was (60)workers. during the 2016/2017academic year, after ascertaining its psychometric properties where honesty was achieved in the internal consistency method where the correlation coefficients of the vertebrates ranged between (3.70 - 0.880). The correlation coefficients ranged between (0.686 - 0.870) ) The data obtained using the statistical methods of signal testing, Mann-Tenni test, and Croxal test were obtained. The results were as follows: - The level of administrative creativity among the workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity among workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports due to gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity among workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports due to the variable of scientific qualification. - There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative creativity among workers of the Directorate of Youth and Sports due to the variable years of work. To be interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies related to the subject of administrative innovation
