Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم آليات عصرنة المرافق العمومية الجزائرية وتجويد خدماتها، وكذا محاولة استعراض الإشكالات والتحديات التي تقف في مسار تطبيق المرفق العام الإلكتروني بالجزائر، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اعتماد الوسائل الحديثة في إيصال الخدمة -وفق منطلق الإدارة الالكترونية-، تحقيق حيادية المرفق العام إلكترونيا. This study aims to shed light on the most important mechanisms of modernizing Algerian utilities and improving their services, as well as trying to review the problems and challenges that stand in the process of implementing the electronic general facility in Algeria. The study concluded that the adoption of modern means of delivery of service - Neutralization of the General Facility electronically.
