Résumé: الملخص: موضوع مسؤولية الحماية الدولية موضوع شائك نظرا لارتباطه بمبدأ اصيل في قواعد القانون الدولي ، وهو مبدا احترام السيادة الوطنية وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول من ناحية ، وكذا بين مبدأ حماية حقوق الانسان في اطار المسؤولية الدولية كغاية سامية متفق عليها في المجتمع الدولي قد جعل منها قضية أدرجت في اطار مسؤولية الدول والمنظمات الدولية من ناحية أخرى ، الامر الذي جعله موضوعا تباينت حوله الآراء لاسيما حول شرعية هذا التدخل من عدمها. وذلك في ظل استفحال المصالح الخاصة والذرائع المزدوجة المعايير لأجل تبرير التدخل من اجل حماية هذه الحقوق كونها أصبحت حقوقا ذات اهتمام عالمي للجماعة الدولية ولم تعد حكرا على القانون الداخلي للدول فقط . الكلمات المفتاحية : مسؤولية الحماية، حقوق الانسان، مصالح دولية.
