النسق الأسري لدى المدمن على المخدرات: دراسة حالة في ضوء المقابلة العيادية واختبار (fat)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على طبيعة النسق الأسري لدى الشاب المدمن على المخدرات (القنب الهندي) من خلال التعرف على نوعية التوظيف الأسري لدى المدمنين، معتمدين على المنهج العيادي القائم على طريقة دراسة الحالة، وسوف نقدم دراسة حالة كريم يبلغ من العمر21 سنة والذي يندرج ضمن مجموعة من الشباب المدمنين، تم تطبيق كل من المقابلة العيادية واختبار الإدراك الأسري (FAT)، تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في المركز الوسيط لعلاج المدمنين بولاية الشلف، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة بأنّ المدمن على المخدرات يندرج ضمن نسق أسري مختل وغير وظيفي يتميز بدينامية صراعية مع غياب حلول لها نتيجة لوجود جو أسري أكثر انفعالا واختلالا في النسق، وبروز سياقات تتعلّق بسوء المعاملة النفسية والجسدية This study aims at shedding light on the nature of the family system of the young drug addict (cannabis) by identifying the quality of family system among addicts relying on the clinical method based on the study of that case. We will present the case of Karim , of 21 years old, who belongs to a group of young addicts. A clinical session and the family perception test (Fat) were applied. This study was carried out in the center of the treatment of addicts in Chlef, Algeria. The results of the study showed that the drug addict falls within a deficient and dysfunctional family system characterized by dynamic conflicts, accompanied by an absence of solutions that results from a family atmosphere of disruption and dysfunction in the system; and the appearance of other contexts related to psychological and physical abuse.
