التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الدائري من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى إمكانية الجزائر للتوجه نحو الاقتصاد الدائري بما يضمن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، حيث حاولنا الإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن للجزائر التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الدائري من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟، للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تطرقنا إلى الإطار العام للاقتصاد الدائري والتنمية المستدامة بالإضافة إلى متطلبات تفعيل الاقتصاد الدائري في الجزائر. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الدائري في الجزائر يرتكز أساسا على دعم قطاع الرسكلة وإعادة التدوير للنفايات، وهذا من دون الاهتمام بالجوانب والأسس الأخرى له، وللانتقال نحو الاقتصاد الدائري يجب توفير العديد من الميكانيزمات والمتطلبات الكفيلة بتفعيل ركائزه من بينها الرفع تدريجيا من المعدلات الحالية لتدوير النفايات، السعي نحو إنتاج سلع تتسم بالجودة والاستدامة قدر الإمكان، بالإضافة إلى قابليتها للتصليح وإعادة الاسترجاع مرة أخرى لأجل الحد من النفايات. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the extent to which Algeria is able to move towards a circular economy in a way that guarantees sustainable development. We tried to answer the following problematic: How can Algeria move towards a circular economy in order to achieve sustainable development ?, To answer this problematic we touched on the general framework of the circular economy. and sustainable development, in addition to the requirements for activating the circular economy in Algeria. Through this study, we concluded that the circular economy in Algeria is based mainly on supporting the recycling sector, and this without paying attention to other aspects and foundations of it, and to move towards a circular economy, many mechanisms and requirements must be provided to activate its pillars, including gradually raising the current rates.
