إمتداد التنافس الصيني الأمريكي إلى منظمة الصحة العالمية أثناء جائحة كورونا

Résumé: أصبح التنافس بين الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وجمهورية الصين الشعبية ،واحدا من العوامل الرئيسية المحددة لواقع العلاقات الدولية، ومنذ تفشي جائحة كورونا أواخر عام 2019 إزدادت حدة التنافس بين هاتين الدولتين في شتى أنماطها ، ما أثـــر جوهريا على تسيير هاته الازمة الصحية العالمية داخل أهم المؤسسات الدولية المعنية بصحة البشر- منظمة الصحة العالمية- لاسيما وأن مواجهة الجائحة مسؤولية كل أعضاء المجتمع الدولي داخلها، بإعتبارها المرجعية الدولية الأساسية المعنية بمواجهة الأوبئة والأمراض. فالعلاقات الامريكية الصينية ومنذ إنتخاب الرئيس الامريكي دونالد ترامب، غلب عليها الطابع الصراعي خصوصا أثناء الجائحة، فتبادل التهم بين رؤساء الدولتين حول مسؤولية كل منهما في نشأة الفيروس المنتشر عبر أرجاء المعمورة، إمتدت إلى منظمة الصحة العالمية ماأدى إلى إتخاذ قرار الانسحاب من طرف الولايات المتحدة الامريكية على خلفية إتهام ذات المنظمة بالتواطؤ مع دولة الصين وأن الأخيرة تتحكم في القرارات السيادية للمنظمة، ولهذا فالهدف من الورقة البحثية هو تحديد إنعكاسات التنافس الأمريكي الصيني على فاعلية منظمة الصحة العالمية أثناء جائحة كورونا. The competition between the United States of America and the People's Republic of China has become one of the main determinants of the reality of international relations, and since the out break of the Corona pandemic in late 2019, the competition between these two countries has intensified in its various forms, which has fundamentally affected the conduct of this global health crisis within the most important international institutions concerned. Human health - the World Health Organization - especially since confronting the pandemic is the responsibility of all members of the international community within it, as it is the main international reference for confronting epidemics and diseases. The US-Chinese relations, since the election of US President Donald Trump, have been dominated by a conflict nature, especially during the pandemic, so the exchange of charges between the two heads of state about the responsibility of each of them for the origin of the virus spreading across the globe, spread to the World Health Organization, which led to the decision to withdraw from the United States of America Against the background of accusing the same organization of colluding with the state of China, and that the latter controls the sovereign decisions of the organization,therefore, the goal of the research paper is to determine the repercussions of the US-Chinese competition on the effectiveness of the World Health Organization during the Corona pandemic..
