تجربة بنك الفقراء ببنغلاديش كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة في المناطق الحدودية

Résumé: إن القضاء على ظاهرة الفقر بجميع أشكاله في كل مكان يُعتبَر هدف محوري من ضمن أهداف التنمية المحلية المستدامة، وإن التعريف بهذه الظاهرة يختلف من دولة لأخرى وذلك بسبب اختلاف التركيبة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية لهذه الدول، وتُعَۜد بنغلاديش من بين الدول التي لم تَسلَم من استفحال هذه الظاهرة، ومن خلال هذا البحث نحاول التركيز على تجربة بنك الفقراء في هذه الدولة كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة في المناطق الحدودية. وإن الهدف من هذا البحث هو الإلمام بالإطار المفاهيمي لظاهرة الفقر، والتنمية المحلية المستدامة، والمناطق الحدودية، ومحاولة دولة بنغلاديش في التخفيف من حدة الفقر متعدد الأبعاد، وعرض تجربة بنك الفقراء في مكافحة ظاهرة الفقر، وأخيراً آفاق بنك الفقراء محلياً وعالمياً. The eradication of poverty in all its forms everywhere is a central objective of sustainable local development. The definition of this phenomenon varies from State to State because of the different economic, social and cultural composition of these countries. Bangladesh is among the States that have not recognized the increase in this phenomenon The aim of this research is to learn about the conceptual framework of poverty, sustainable local development and border areas, and the attempt of the State of Bangladesh to alleviate multidimensional poverty, the experience of the Bank of the Poor in combating poverty and, finally, the prospects of the Bank of the Poor locally and globally.
