التأسيس لنموذج المواطنة في الوثائق السياسية، بيان أول نوفمبر1954 أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص : تعد الوثيقة السياسية الوسيلة المادية، التاريخية؛ واللامادية باعتبارها تحمل تصورات ورغبات المجتمعات في بناء دولها ونُظمها القيمية التي تحقق سعادتها؛ بيان أول نوفمبر 1954 حمل آمال الشعب الجزائري في الاستقلال عن النظام الاستعماري وثقافته الأجنبية الاقصائية، فلقد أسس لنموذج مواطنة خاص بالشعب الجزائري وهو ما تجسد لاحقا في دساتير الدولة الوطنية الجزائرية المستقلة. كلمات مفتاحية: بيان أول نوفمبر 1954، المواطنة، الدولة الوطنية. Abstract: The political document is a material, historical and immaterial means, as it carries the perceptions and desires of societies in building their states and value systems that achieve their happiness. The November 1, 1954 Declaration carried the hopes of the Algerian people for independence from the colonial system and its exclusionary foreign culture. It established a model of citizenship specific to the Algerian people, which was later embodied in the constitutions of the independent Algerian national state.
