التمكين الإداري و الفعالية التنظيمية Administrative Empowerment And Organizational Effectiveness

Résumé: - الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين التمكين الإداري و الفعالية التنظيمية على عينة من العمال الإداريين بالمركز الجامعي سي الحواس بريكة باتنة، حيث بلغ عددهم (73) عاملا، و من أجل معالجة هذه الإشكالية تم اتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات و تبوبها و معالجتها احصائيا لاختبار فرضيات البحث، و تم التوصل تحقق كل الفرضيات، ما عدا فرضية وجود الفروق بين العمال الإداريين بالمركز الجامعي سي الحواس بريكة في مستوى التمكين الإداري تعزى إلى متغير الأقدمية فإنها لم تتحقق فكانت النتائج تدل على وجود مستوى مرتفع للتمكين الإداري و الفعالية التنظيمية لدى العمال الإداريين بالمركز الجامعي سي بريكة، كما اتضح وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين كل من (تفويض السلطة، تدريب العاملين، الاتصال و التحفيز ) والفعالية التنظيمية لدى العمال الإداريين بالمركز الجامعي بريكة. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between administrative empowerment and organizational effectiveness on a sample of administrative workers at the University Center Si Al-Hawas Barika Batna, where their number reached (73) workers, and in order to address this problem, the steps of the descriptive analytical approach were followed in data collection. It was classified and processed statistically to test the research hypotheses, and all the hypotheses were achieved, except for the hypothesis of the existence of differences between the administrative workers at the University Center Si Al-Hawas Baraka in the level of administrative empowerment due to the variable of seniority, it was not achieved. The results indicated a high level of administrative empowerment and The organizational effectiveness of the administrative workers of the University Center Si Barika, as it was found that there is a correlation between (delegating authority, training workers, communication and motivation) and the organizational effectiveness of the administrative workers of the University Center Barika.
