Résumé: أكبر ضمانات حماية حقوق الطفل هي الضمانة التي تنبع من مبدأ ضرورة احترام حقوق الإنسان عامة وحقوق الطفل بصفة خاصة. فهنالك آليات وميكانيزمات وضمانات تعمل على مراقبة وتحقيق وحماية وترقية حقوق الطفل على المستويات الدولية والإقليمية ، ولها جهود كبيرة في هذا الصدد لكن يوجد بعض القصور في أدائها مما يستوجب تفعيلها سواء على المستوى الدولي أو الاقليمي ، فلجنة حقوق الطفل هي لجنة أممية تعتبر صاحبة الاختصاص الأصيل في الرقابة على تطبيق ما جاءت به اتفاقية حماية حقوق الطفل. The biggest guarantee for the protection of children's rights is the one that stems from the principle of the need to respect human rights in general and the rights of the child in particular. There are mechanisms, mechanisms, and guarantees that work to monitor, achieve, protect, and promote the rights of the child at the international and regional levels, and they have great efforts in this regard, but there are some deficiencies in their performance that necessitate their activation, whether at the international or regional level. The Committee on the Rights of the Child is a UN committee considered to have inherent jurisdiction in Control over the implementation of the provisions of the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of the Child.
