دور المعتقدات الصحية في تحقيق الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي البحث عن دور المعتقدات الصحية في تحقيق الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى ضغط الدم ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى المعتقدات الصحية و مستوى الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى ضغط الدم تعزى لمتغير الجنس , كما هدفت إلى معرفة درجة كل من متغير المعتقدات الصحية ومتغير الرضا عن الحياة, وعليه فقد شمل البحث علي جانبين - الجانب النظري الذي تطرقنا فيه لمتغيرات البحث المعتقدات الصحية و الرضا عن الحياة - الجانب التطبيقي الذي شمل عينة من نوع القصدية الهادفة قوامها 59 فرد مصاب بارتفاع ضغط الدم من كلا الجنسين بحيث اعتمدت الدراسة على الأدوات التالية : مقياس المعتقدات الصحية للباحثتين سناء الداغستاني وديار عوفي（2010）ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة لمجدي الدسوقي（1996） وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة ,مقياس المعتقدات الصحية بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية بحيث تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الأحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة التساؤلات والفرضيات من حيث المنهج المستخدم حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بطرقتين هما ألارتباطي والمقارن باستخدام برنامج spss22 الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه تفاعلية بين المعتقدات الصحية والرضا عن الحياة - ـ مستوى مرتفع في المعتقدات الصحية لدى مرضى ضغط الدم - مستوى مرتفع في الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى ضغط الدم - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في المعتقدات الصحية لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم تعزى لمتغير الجنس ومنه عدم تحقق الفرضية توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الرضا عن الحياة لدى مرضى ضغط الدم تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور ومنه تتحقق الفرضية Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the role of health beliefs in achieving life satisfaction in patients with blood pressure and to find out the differences in the scale of health beliefs and the scale of satisfaction with life in hypertensive patients due to the gender variable. The study was carried out in two aspects: - The theoretical aspect in which we discussed the research variables, health beliefs and life satisfaction. - The applied side, which included a purposeful sample of 59 individuals with high blood pressure of both sexes, so that the study relied on the following tools: • Health Beliefs Scale by researchers Sanaa Al-Dagestani and Diyar Aufi（2010）and Magdy El-Desouki's Scale of Life Satisfaction（1996）. The validity and reliability of the tool, the measure of health beliefs, was confirmed by applying it to an exploratory sample, so that a number of statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the questions and hypotheses were used in terms of the approach used, where the dependence was on the descriptive correlational approach, linear relationships and the spss22 program, the statistical package for social sciences. The study resulted in on the following results: - There is an interactive correlation between health beliefs and life satisfaction. - A high level of health beliefs among patients with high blood pressure. - A high level of satisfaction with life in patients with high blood pressure. - There are no statistically significant differences in the health beliefs of patients with high blood pressure due to the gender variable, including the non-fulfillment of the hypothesis. There are statistically significant differences in life satisfaction among patients with high blood pressure due to the gender variable in favor of males, and from this the hypothesis is verified.
