نوعية الحياة و علاقتها بالأنماط السلوكية لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم .
Résumé: ملخص: هدفت دراستنا إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين نوعية الحياة و الأنماط السلوكية لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (60) مصابا بالضغط الدموي، منهم (31) ذكورا، و (29) إناثا تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي.وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة باستخدام (spss) ما يلي: 1- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نوعية الحياة والأنماط السلوكية لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم. 2- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد الصحة النفسية لنوعية الحياة وبعد الاستعجال للنمط السلوكي (أ-ب) لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم. 3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد الاستقلالية الذاتية لنوعية الحياة وبعد الادراكات الإكتئابية للنمط السلوكي (ج) لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم. 4- توجد مستويات متباينة في نوعية الحياة لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم لصالح الجانب الديني . 5- توجد مستويات متباينة في الأنماط السلوكية لدى مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم لصالح العدائية-التنافسية Abstract: Our study aimed to reveal the impact of quality of life on the behavioural patterns of people with high blood pressure. The study sample included (60) he has high blood pressure, containing (31) of males and (29) of females, the sample was chosen purposely, to achieve the objectives of the study and the behavioral patterns The results of the study were showen using (spss): 1-There is statistically significant corellation between quality of life and behavioral patterns of people with high blood pressure. 2-There is no statistically significant relationship between the mental health dimension of quality of life and the urgency dimension of the behavioral pattern (A-B) among people with high blood pressure. 3-There is a statistically significant relationship between the autonomy dimension of quality of life and the depressive perceptions dimension of behavioral type (C) among people with high blood pressure. 4-There are varying levels of quality of life for people with high blood pressur. 5-There are varying levels of behavioral patterns in people with high blood pressure.
