قراءة تحليلية لواقع تطور السندات الخضراء ومدى مساهمتها في دعم التمويل الأخضر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء عل السندات الخضراء باعتبارها أحد الأدوات المالية المبتكرة والمكونة للتمويل الأخضر، إلى جانب تحليل التطور الزمني لسوق السندات الخضراء عالميا. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع المعطيات من التقارير الرسمية وتحليلها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها تطور سوق السندات الخضراء بصورة كبيرة خلال السنوات الأخيرة حيث فاق حجم الإصدار نصف تريليون دولار أمريكي سنة 2021، مما يعكس اهتمام الدول المتقدمة والناشئة، المؤسسات المالية وغير المالية بالدور الذي يلعبه هذا التمويل في المحافظة على البيئة ومنه المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The study aims to focus the light on green bonds as one of innovative financial instruments that make up green finance. In addition to analyzing the time development of the global green bonds market. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach by collecting and analyzing data from official reports. The study reached several results, most notably the significant development of the green bond market in recent years, where the volume of issuance exceeded half a trillion US dollars in 2021, which reflects the interest of developed and emerging countries and financial and non-financial institutions in the role that this financing plays in preserving the environment, including contributing to sustainable development.
