Résumé: الملخص: يشهد العصر الحديث عدة تطورات اقتصادية وتكنولوجية أثر بشكل مباشر على السوق العالمية، مما أصبح يعج بمنتوجات جد متطورة ومنها الخطيرة مما أصبح يهدد سلامة المستهلك ماديا و معنويا، لهذا كان لابد من تقرير التزام يقع على مصنعي تلك المنتوجات، و هذا الالتزام هو الالتزام بالإعلام، وهو أداة قانونية لحماية إرادة المتعاقد الضعيف، وخلق التوازن في العلاقات بين المهني والمستهلك، وقد أصبح إحدى الركائز الرئيسية لكل سياسة تهدف إلى حماية المستهلكين والدفاع عن مصالحهم وتوفير الأمن لهم في كل ما يقدمون عليه، سواء سلع أو خدمات. Abstract: The modern era is witnessing several economic and technological developments that have directly affected the world market, which has become teeming with very sophisticated products, including dangerous ones, which have become a threat to the safety of the consumer materially and morally. Therefore, a commitment has had to be made on the manufacturers of those products. this obligation is the obligation to inform, a legal tool to protect the will of the weak contractor and to create a balance in the relations between the professional and the consumer. it has become one of the main pillars of every policy aimed at protecting consumers, defending their interests and providing them with security in everything they provide, whether goods or services.
