الجهود و المبادرات الدولية من أجل نزع الأسلحة الكيميائية International Efforts And Initiatives For The Disarmament Of Chemical Weapons

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واحدة من اخطر أسلحة الدمار الشامل و هي الأسلحة الكيميائية و انتشارها ، و الجهود الدولية المبذولة في سبيل نزع الأسلحة الكيمائية من خلال المواثيق الدولية و الآليات الدولية لنزع الأسلحة الكيميائية لاسيما الأمم المتحدة باعتبارها راعية السلام الأول في العالم، و قد خلصنا في هذه الدراسة إلى انه رغم وجود المواثيق و الآليات ألا أن انتشار الأسلحة الكيميائية لا يزال مطروحا بقوة و ذلك لعدة أسباب منها عدم مصادقة بعض الدول و ضعف آليات الرقابة بسبب العوامل السياسية، و التطور العلمي السريع الذي ساهم في انتشار هذه الأسلحة حتى لأطراف من غير الدول كالجماعات الإرهابية. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on one of the most dangerous weapons of mass destruction, which is chemical weapons and their proliferation, and the international efforts made for the disarmament of chemical weapons through international conventions and international mechanisms for chemical disarmament, especially the United Nations as the first sponsor of peace in the world, and In this study, we concluded that despite the existence of charters and mechanisms, the spread of chemical weapons is still strongly suggested for several reasons, including the lack of ratification by some countries and the weakness of control mechanisms due to political factors, and the rapid scientific development that contributed to the spread of these weapons even to the parties Non-states such as terrorist groups.
