تقييم قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا الاعلام في الجزائر...بعد عشرية من الاصلاحات

Résumé: ملخص: إن وجود قواعد معلومات وبيانات صحيحة محدثة باستمرار عن قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجزائر، يساعدنا على إبراز مكانة هذا القطاع وامكانية تطويره، حيث برهن الواقع على أن الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات قد أحدثت تأثيرات وتغييرات جذرية في مجتمعات العديد من الدول وكذلك اقتصادياتها. ولقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة تقييم قطاع الاتصالات الجزائري وقطاع تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال، كما تتعرض الدراسة إلى المقارنات الدولية تمهيداً لاستخلاص نتائج وتوصيات واقتراحات ترمي إلى تطوير هذه المؤشرات المختلفة كمياً ونوعياً. Abstract: the existence of databases and correct data updated coutinually in the communication and the information technology sector of Algeria which helps us to detemine the sector profile and have the opportunity of its progress.Where fact proves that communication and information technology affected and changed many countries radicaly as well as their economies . We have tried through this paper to evaluate the Algerian communication and the telecommunication technology sectors. also,our study is subject to the international comparison ,prelude to get recommendations and suggestions results aims to develop those defferent indicators quantitively and qualititevely
