Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية المؤثرة في الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين حركيا، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت عينة مكونة من 31 فرد من مجتمع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية (نظام الأجور المكافآت، العلاقات الاجتماعية، مشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، الاستقرار والأمن الوظيفي) وبين الأداء الوظيفي في المركز، بينما أوضحت الدراسة أن حياة الفرد الشخصية بعيدة كل البعد عن اهتمامات المركز. Abstract: This study aims to identify the dimensions of the quality of the functional life that affect the performance of the workers in Psychological Center of children with disabilities. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The sample of the study contained 31 individuals. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the dimensions of the quality of functional life (wages and reward system, social relations, participation in making decisions, stability and job security) and the performance of the center. The study showed that the individual's personal life is far from the center's interests.
