اثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على التميز في الأداء الوظيفي -دراسة حالة مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية المسيلة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي المتميز، واشتملت مجرياتها على 68 مفردة من طاقم الإدارة العليا والوسطى لستة مؤسسات اقتصادية بولاية المسيلة. كشفت مخرجات البحث عن وجود أثر لجودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي المتميز، ووجود أثر لكل من بعد ظروف العمل ونظام الحوافز كبعدين من أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء الوظيفي المتميز، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها مراجعة كل من نظام الترقية والتقدم وسياسة الاحتفاظ بالموظفين بما يشكل حافز نحو التميز في الأداء الوظيفي. This research paper aims to study the impact of the quality of work life on distinguished job performance. The study included 68 members of the senior and middle management staff of six economic institutions in the state of M'sila. The results of the research revealed the existence of an impact of the quality of career on the distinguished job performance, and the existence of an impact of each dimension of work conditions and the incentive system as two dimensions of the quality of job life on distinguished job performance. What constitutes an incentive for excellence in job performance.
