فعالية وظيفة البحث والتطوير في تنمية الإبداع بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على فعالية وظيفة البحث و التطوير لتنمية الابداع للمديرية العملية مؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي. وللإجابة على اشكالية الدراسة و تحقيق اهدافها، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري و في الجانب التطبيقي تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات من مؤسسة محل الدراسة مؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، حيث تم توزيعها على الاطارات العاملة في المؤسسة من خلال التحليل الاحصائي لبيانات عبارات الاستبانة، توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج اهمها، وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية و معنوية ما بين وظيفة البحث و التطوير و الابداع كما تظهر النتائج ان وظيفة البحث و التطوير لها تأثير ايجابي و معنوي على الابداع و بالتالي تلعب وظيفة البحث و التطوير في تعزيز الابداع. "This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the research and development function for the development of creativity for the practical directorate of the Algeria Telecom Corporation in Al-Wadi. Algeria Communications Corporation in the Valley, where it was distributed to the executives working in the corporation through the statistical analysis of the data of the questionnaire phrases.
