The Algerian legislature has adopted two types of approaches in public facility management, as we explored in the first chapter, "Traditional Methods of Public Facility Management," which relies on two methods: direct exploitation and the public institution method. We also delved into the second chapter, which covers modern methods of public facility management, relying on delegations of public facilities in addition to the concept of B.O.T as a modern form of delegating public facilities that most countries have adopted.
