دور المحفزات الاقتصادية الكلية للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في ترقية صادرات الجزائر خارج المحروقات *دراسة قياسية للفترة (1993-2017) باستخدام منهج (ardl)*

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض المحددات الاقتصادية للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ودورها في ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية للجزائر خلال الفترة (1993-2017)، ووفق التحليل النظري تم تحديد ثلاث متغيرات مستقلة أساسية للدراسة وهي: سعر صرف الدينار، الإنفاق العمومي والناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وباستعمال منهج ARDL كانت من أبرز نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية هو الإقرار بفاعلية هاته المتغيرات في التخلص من التبعية الاقتصادية لقطاع المحروقات، وتبنيها كجزء من سياسة اقتصادية متكاملة في مختلف المجالات. Abstract: The study aims to highlight some of the economic determinants of FDI and its role in promoting Algeria's non-oil exports during the period (1993-2017), according to the theoretical analysis, three basic independent variables were identified for the study: The exchange rate of dinars, public expenditure and GDP, and using the ARDL approach, the most prominent result of the applied study was to recognize effectively these variables in eliminating economic dependence on the fuel sector, and to adopt them as part of an integrated economic policy in different fields.
