مزاعم الإستيطان الصهيوني في فلسطين من وجهة نظر واقعية وقانونية

Résumé: تتسارع وتيرة الإستيطان الصهيوني في أرض فلسطين بشكل يومي، وكأن الحكومات الإسرائيلية المتعاقبة في سباق مع الزمن في فرض الأمر الواقع على الشعب الفلسطيني والمجتمع الدولي، متذرعة بمزاعم تاريخية ودينية وأمنية، تناقض الواقع والقانون، فهي مجرد خرافات تستند إليها لتبرير إقتلاع الشعب الفلسطيني من أرضه وإحلال المهاجرين اليهود من بقاع الأرض مكانه بالعنف والإرهاب، مما يقوض حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني المشروعة وغير القابلة للتصرف ويخل بالسلم والأمن الدوليين. : The Zionist settlement in the Palestinian territories is accelerating on a daily basis, as if the successive Israeli governments in a race against time to impose the status quo on the Palestinian people and the international community, citing historical, religious and security claims that contradict reality and law. They are just superstitions based on them to justify the uprooting of the Palestinian people and replacing them by the Jews from all parts of the world using violence and terrorism, thereby undermining the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people and violating international peace and security
