مكانة الإتصال ضمن إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومعايير الإيزو في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: إن نجاح تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية مرتبط بمدى التطبيق الأمثل لمتطلباتها الرئيسية ، ويعتبر الإتصال أحد أبرز وأهم هذه المتطلبات ، حيث يعد أداة مهمة في تغيير الثقافة التنظيمة للمؤسسة من خلال قيامه بالعديد من المهام والوظائف الإدارية والتخصصية نذكر منها : وظيفة التخطيط ،وظيفة التوجيه ،وظيفة التنسيق ، وظيفة التحفيز وظيفة تدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية ...الخ،وسنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز أهم الأدوار التي يلعبها الاتصال بمختلف قنواته وأساليبه في إنجاح تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة ، بالإضافة إلى توضيح المكانة التي يحتلها ضمن معايير الايزو المختلفة الصادرة عن هيئة التقييس العالمية الايزو. Abstract: The success of the application of total quality management in the economic institutions depend on the optimal application of its principal requirements , and the connection is considered one of the most prominent and most important of these requirements, which is an important tool in changing the organizational culture of the institution by doing many he tasks of administrative and specialized functions including: planning function, guidance, coordination, motivation function , training function and human resources development.......... etc. we will try in this paper to highlight the most important roles of contact with various channels in the success of the application of total quality management in addition to clarify the position occupied by the part of the various ISO standards issued by the global standardization (ISO).
