تاثير الاغراق الاجتماعي على تحرير التجارة الدولية

Résumé: أثار موضوع ربط معايير العمل الأساسية بالتجارة الدولية الكثير من الجدل بين الدول،حيث تسعى الدول المتقدمة إلى فرض قيود على التجارة بغرض حماية سلعها من الإغراق الاجتماعي من خلال فرض ضرائب على صادرات الدول الأخرى وهدا يمثل خطورة على قدرة نفاد منتجات الدول النامية خاصة إلى الأسواق الدولية ومن هنا أصبح لزاما عليهاأن تستعد لمواجهة التحديات خاصة في ظل تحرير التجارة عن طريق إدماج البعد الاجتماعي على اعتبار أنه جزء لا يتجزأ من منظومة النفاد إلى الأسواق العالمية وزيادة القدرة التنافسية لديها. :Abstract The issue of linking basic labor standards to international trade has raised a lot of controversy among countries, as developed countries seek to impose restrictions on trade in order to protect their goods from social dumping by imposing taxes on the exports of other represents a danger to the ability of developing countries products to run out ,especially to international markets hence , it has become necessary for it to prepare to face challenges especially in light of trade liberalization, by integrating the social dimension, as it is an integral part of the system of access to global markets and increasing its competitiveness
