العنف في الوسط الصحي لدى الممرضات

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث الى الكشف عن ظاهرة العنف في الوسط الصحي من خلال محاولة معرفة واقعها ومستواها عند الممرضات بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالرحوية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي. تمت الاستعانة بالاداة من اعداد (قيسي، 2016). بتطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عدده 66ممرضة وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: مستوى العنف لدى الممرضات بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالرحوية مرتفع مع عدم تسجيل فروق في مستويات العنف لدى الممرضات بذات المؤسسة تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تقترح الدراسة ضرورة تفعيل مختلف الوسائل التي من شأنها الحد من هذه الظاهرة وتوفير بيئة عمل امنة تسمح بتأدية المهام بكل أريحية، من خلال اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لذلك. This research aims to the he revealed the phenomenon of violence in the health milieu by trying to know its reality and level among nurses at the Public health institution in rahwiya. Using descriptive method. The tool has been used prepared by (kaiss, 2016). the number of 66 nurses, the following results were reached: the level of violence among nurses in the public institution for nieghborhood health in rahwiya is high. With no différences recorded in the levels of violence among nurses in the same institution due to the seniority variable. In light of these results, Tsuggested ato study the need to activate the various means that would reduce this phenomenon and provide a safe work environment that allows the performance of tasks comfortably, by taking the necessary measures for this.
