مساهمة علماء المغرب الأوسط الحضارية من خلال تفسير الشيخ هود بن محكًم الهواري

Résumé: الملخص : لا شك أن الدراسات القرآنية التي تجعل من القرآن الكريم مادتها الأولية تعطيه الصدارة على غيره من الدراسات ، فلا ريب في ذلك ، فالقرآن الكريم هو كلام الله تعالى الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه لأنه تنزيل من حكيم حميد ، وهو حبل الله المتين وصراطه المستقيم ، ومن اهتدى به هداه الله ومن ابتغى الهدى في غيره أضله الله. ولما كان استيعاب القرآن الكريم والوقوف على أحكامه ومعانيه يمر حتما عبر تدبره لقوله : " كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ " ص:29 كان علم التفسير من أجَل العلوم التي استطاعت أن تنقل الآمة من السذاجة إلى التفكير العلمي ومن البداوة إلى الحضارة ، حيث أحيى القرآن نفوسها وشحذ هممها فتضافرت جهود العلماء شرقا وغربا ، وأخذوا بالأسباب في مجال البحث سواء ما تعلق منها بالعلوم الشرعية أو العقلية ، ساهمت كلها في بناء حضارة ظلت رائدة لقرون من الزمن. وضمن هذا الإطار تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء على مساهمة علماء الغرب الإسلامي وخاصة الجزائر في بناء الحضارة العلمية والفكرية في مجال من مجالات العلوم الشرعية وهو علم التفسير بداية من القرن الثالث الهجري إلى يومنا هذا. Abstract of research There is no doubt that the Qur'anic studies that make the Holy Qur'an primary subject give Qur’an it precedence over the other studies. There is no doubt about that. The Holy Qur'an is the word of Allah, which is not falsehood either from his hands or from his successor.And the path of the straight, and guided by the guidance of God and those who seek guidance in other God astray. As the comprehension of the Holy Quran and the stand on its provisions and meanings inevitably passes through the management of saying: " A blessed Book that We sent down to you, that they may ponder its Verses, and for those with intelligence to take heed " surat sad : 29 Was the science of interpretation for science that was able to transfer the nation from naivety to scientific thinking and from Bedouin to civilization, Where the Qur'an revived its souls and sharpened their hopes. The efforts of scientists in the east and west, combined with the reasons for research, whether related to the legal or mental sciences, contributed to building a civilization that has been a pioneer for centuries Within this framework, this paper aims to highlight the contribution of Western Islamic scholars, especially Algeria, to the building of the scientific and intellectual civilization in the field of forensic science, the science of interpretation from the third century AH until today.
