قياس أثر الزكاة في معالجة البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2003-2020
Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية لدراسة وقياس أثر الزكاة في معالجة البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2003-2020 حيث تم اللجوء الى الأساليب الإحصائية والقياسية الحديثة باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع ARDL، وكذا اختبار السببية، وتم التوصل إلى أن حصيلة الزكاة تؤثر على معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2003-2020، أي ان هناك أثر موجب لكنه غير معنوي. Abstract: This scientific paper aims to study and measure the impact of Zakat in addressing unemployment in Algeria during the period 2003-2020, where modern statistical and measurement methods were used using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, as well as the causality test, and it was concluded that the proceeds of Zakat affect the unemployment rate in Algeria during the period 2003-2020, i.e. there is a positive but insignificant effect.
