إدارة سلاسل التوريد المستدامة وتأثيرها على الأداء المستدام –مؤسسة Samsung للإلكترونيات نموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد تأثير إدارة سلاسل التوريد المستدامة على الأداء المستدام في مؤسسة samsung للإلكترونيات، حيث تم الاطلاع على الموقع الالكتروني للمؤسسة ومعرفة واقع إدارة سلاسل التوريد المستدامة بها والتي يتم فيها الاهتمام باختيار الموردين الأفضل أداءا استنادا إلى الثقة المتبادلة، والذين يلتزمون بشروط البيئة والسلامة والتعاون وحقوق الانسان، كما تسعى المؤسسة لتحسين علاقاتها مع زبائنها والتي تراعي الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. هذه الإستراتيجية في التعامل مع الموردين والزبائن سمحت لمؤسسة samsung للإلكترونيات بخلق قيم متكاملة، فهي لا تخلق القيم الاقتصادية من خلال تعزيز الأرباح وقيم المساهمين فحسب، ولكنها أيضا تتحمل مسؤولية أكبر لخلق القيم الاجتماعية والبيئية، وتعمل من خلال الإدارة المستدامة على مراقبة التأثيرات المالية والغير المالية على المؤسسة والمجتمع وتسعى لزيادة التأثيرات الإيجابية في نواحي الاقتصاد والمجتمع والبيئة والحد من أي تأثيرات سلبية. This study aims to determine the impact of sustainable supply chain management on sustainable performance in Samsung Electronics Corporation. The corporation ’s website has been reviewed to know the reality of sustainable supply chains management in it. The company is interested to choose the best performing suppliers based on mutual trust, by committing the conditions of environment, safety, cooperation and human rights. The company also seeks to improve its relations with its customers that take into account economic, social and environmental aspects. This strategy with suppliers and customers helped Samsung Electronics Corporation to create integrated values, it not only creates economic values by enhancing profits and shareholder values, but it also bears a greater responsibility for creating social and environmental values, and it works through sustainable management to monitor the financial and non-financial impacts on the company and society. Also the company seeks to increase the positive effects on economy, society, environment and reduce any negative impacts.
