سجن وهران أثناء الاحتلال الفرنسي 1939-1962م

Résumé: ملخص البحث: تعتبر السجون احدى اهم وسائل العقاب الجسدي والنفسي التي تقوم بدورين في نفس الوقت الردع والعقاب، وفي الحروب كانت السجون رقما مهما في معادلة الصراع بين طرفي الحرب حيث كانت السجون جحيما لمن يعيش فيها ففيها يتم الزج بالمعتقلين والأسرى وإخضاعهم للتحقيق والاستنطاق والتعذيب والإعدام. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط ضوء البحث على السجون في الجزائر إبان فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي -سجن وهران نموذجا- حيث كان نقطة سوداء في ذاكرة من عايشوا أحداثه وكتبت لهم النجاة وطول العمر ليروُوا تفاصيل الأحداث الفظيعة التي شهدوها أثناء قضاء فترات حكمهم فيه. Research Summary: In prisons, prisons were an important figure in the equation of the conflict between the two sides of the war, where the prisons were hell for those who live in them, where the detainees and prisoners are being subjected and subjected to interrogation, interrogation, torture and execution. The aim of this study is to shed light on the research on prisons in Algeria during the period of the French occupation. Oran was a model. It was a black point in the memory of those who lived and wrote life and longevity to describe the horrific events they witnessed during their periods of rule.
