التهديدات الأمنية وتأثيرها على الاقتصاد في إفريقيا

Résumé: سنسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى دراسة آثار التهديدات الأمنية وانعكاساتها على مسار التنمية الاقتصادية في إفريقيا، وهذا بالتطرق في البداية إلى الإطار المفاهيمي للدراسة وفيه نحاول تقديم أهم التطورات التي طرأت على مفهوم الأمن والمقاربات القطاعية الجديدة المرافقة له بالإضافة إلى التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة المتعلقة بالأمن الناعم ، وبعد ذلك ننطلق في معالجة إشكالية البحث من خلال التعرض إلى مصادر التهديدات الأمنية في إفريقيا ( السياسية والعسكرية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، البيئية)، وباعتبار القارة الإفريقية تعاني من مختلف التهديدات الأمنية فسنحاول دراسة انعكاسات هذه التهديدات الأمنية على مسار التنمية الاقتصادية فيها، وهذا في مختلف المجالات ، وفي الختام نصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات نوردها في الخاتمة. In this article, we aim to examine the impact of security threats and their implications on the trajectory of economic development in Africa. We will begin by addressing the conceptual framework of the study, focusing on key developments in the concept of security, new sectoral approaches associated with it, and the emerging security threats related to soft security. Following this, we will explore the research problem by analyzing the sources of security threats in Africa, including political and military, economic and social, and environmental dimensions. Given that the continent faces various security threats, we will investigate how these threats affect economic development across different sectors. In conclusion, we will present a set of findings that summarize the impact of security threats on economic development in Africa
