اثر الصراع التنظيمي على الابداع لدى العاملين-حالة مديرية النقل لولاية بسكرة
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الصراع التنظيمي السائد في مديرية النقل لولاية بسكرة على الإبداع لدى العاملين، حيث تمثلت أبعاد الصراع التنظيمي في: الصراع الذاتي، الصراع داخل المجموعة، الصراع بين المجموعات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات وتوزيعها على عينة ميسرة ومكونة من ) 54 ( موظفا بالمديرية محل الدراسة، وكان عدد الاستبيانات المسترجعة ) 54 ( استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. بعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات من خلال برنامج SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر عكسي ذو دلالة إحصائية للصراع في بين المجموعات في الإبداع لدى العاملين، لا يوجد اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من الصراع الذاتي و الصراع داخل المجموعة على الإبداع لدى العاملين، و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الاقتراحات ذات الصلة بالموضوع. كلمات مفتاحيه: إبداع، صراع تنظيمي، صراع ذاتي، مديرية النقل لولاية بسكرة. Abstract This study aimed at measuring the impact of the organizational conflict prevailing on the employees' creativity in the Directorate of Transport of the BISKRA State. The organizational conflict was measured through its dimensions: self-conflict, conflict within the group, conflict between groups. The researcher used a questionnaire as a main tool for gather the primary data, which distributed to a convenience sample of (45) employees in the Directorate of Transport. He retrieved (35) valid questionnaire for statistical analysis. After analysis the data through the statistical program SPSS, the study found a number of results, the main of them: There is a negative impact of conflict between groups on employee creativity. While there is no statistically significant impact of both self-conflict and conflict within the group on employee creativity. The explanations and recommendations are also proposed.
