الذكاء الوجداني وعلاقته بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية - دراسة ميدانية بثانوية مالك بن نبي بسطيف

Résumé: ملخص: سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرف على مدي ارتباط الذكاء الوجداني بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية . ولأجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي ذو الطابع الإرتباطي بالإعتماد على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني لفاروق السيد عثمان و السيد عبده (2002) و مقياس الدافعية للتعلم ل "يوسف قطامي" ،و باستخدام عينة بلغ حجمها (103) تلميذا. بحيث أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية : - يوجد إرتباط موجب عند مستوى الدلالة (0,01=α) بين كل من أبعاد الذكاء الوجداني ( إدارة الانفعالات - تنظيم الانفعالات - التعاطف - المعرفة الأنفعالية -التواصل الإجتماعي ) ودافعية التعلم لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة . - توجد يوجد إرتباط موجب عند عند مستوى الدلالة (0,01=α) بين الدرجة الدرجة الكلية للذكاء الوجداني ودافعية التعلم في الحياة اليومية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة . Emotional intelligence and its relation to the motivation of learning among secondary school students. A field study in the secondary school of Malik bin Nabi Setif Abstract : In this article, we will attempt to identify the extent to which emotional intelligence correlates with the motivation of learning in secondary school students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used to draw on the emotional intelligence measure of Mr. Othman and Mr. Abdo (2002) and the motivational measure of learning for "Yousef Qatami", using a sample of 103 students. The study showed the following results: - There is a positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01 = α) between each dimension of emotional intelligence (emotion management - emotion regulation - empathy - emotional knowledge - social communication) and motivation of learning among the study sample members. - There is a positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01 = α) between the degree of total degree of emotional intelligence and motivation of learning in the daily life of the sample of the study.
