Résumé: The subject of reproductive health is an important subject that has an important place in the field of studies in all countries. Women's right to health is recognized in international covenants and national legislation, with the right to reproductive health. Because women have a greater interest in having the ability to have children, in the end they are exposed to the problems of pregnancy and the dangers of women and the enjoyment of this right varies by different societies and cultures. The aim of the work is to highlight the reality of the reproductive health of the women aged 15-49 years in the South regionData from the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS - 3)Algeria 2006. The study allowed us to see that the level of reproductive health of the southern women is not far from thenational level.
