دور الحاويات لنقل البضائع برا في انتعاش الحركة التجارية

Résumé: ملخص: أصبح للنقل البري الدّولي للبضائع بنوعيه الطّرقي أو السّككي دور هام وبارز في تقوية العلاقات التجارية بين الدول، وازدهار الاقتصاد وتطوره فهو يعتبر من أهم أنماط النقل الأخرى نظرا لمرونته وقابليته للنقل من الباب إلى الباب، فهو الوسيلة التي تمكن المشتري من نقل بضائعه من مخازن التصنيع إلى مخازنه. وما زاد من أهميته التّطور التّكنولوجي وظهور نظام النقل بالحاويات كونها الوحدة النمطية الملائمة لهذا النوع من النقل؛ الذي يوفر الثقة والسرعة والأمان بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين، وهو ما يؤدي إلى المحافظة على البضائع من كل أنواع الأخطار التي قد تواجهها أثناء النقل. بينما يواجه النقل البري بالحاويات في الدول النامية عدة صعوبات ومشاكل عرقلت من نموه وازدهاره خاصة مع غياب نظامي قانوني ينظمه. كلمات مفتاحية: نقل بري.، حاويات.، بضائع.، اقتصاد. Abstract: The international road transport of goods, whether by road or by rail, has become an important and promined role in strengthening trade relations between countries and in the prosperity and development of the economy. transferring his goods from the manufacturing ware houses to hiswarehouses, what has increased its importance is the technological development, and the emergence of container transport ,being the appropriate module for this type of transport that provides confidence ,speed and safety among economic dealers ,which leads to the preservation of goods from all kinds of dangers they face during transport .while land transport by containers in developing countries faces several that hinder its grouts and prosperity, especially with the absence of a legal system regulating it.
