Résumé: ملخص: . تسعى روسيا الاتحادية إلى العودة للنظام الدولي واستعادة مكانة القوة العظمى، يظهر ذلك إثر التدخل عسكريا في جورجيا سنة 2008، وأوكرانيا سنة 2014 ما يدل على رؤية إستراتيجية لدى صناع القرار في روسيا الذين يريدون التأكيد وترسيخ هذه العودة عبر بوابة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز التي اعتمدت عليها روسيا الاتحادية لتحقيق مصالحها في المنطقة، بالتركيز على مبادئ هذه الإستراتيجية، ثم التطرق للأهمية الجيوإستراتيجية لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، والموقف الذي اتخذته روسيا الاتحادية من الأحداث في المنطقة العربية التي وصلت للحرب في بعض الدول على غرار اليمن، ليبيا، وسوريا. وستحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن فهم إستراتيجية روسيا الاتحادية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا؟. Abstract: The Russian Federation seeks to return to the international order and restore the status of the superpower. This is evidenced by the military intervention in Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine in 2014, which shows a strategic vision for Russian decision-makers who want to emphasize and consolidate this return through the Middle East and North Africa. This study aims at highlighting the Russian Federation's reliance on its interests in the region, focusing on the principles of this strategy, then addressing the geostrategic importance of the Middle East and North Africa, and the position adopted by the Russian Federation on the events in the Arab region which reached the war in some countries such as Yemen , Libya and Syria. This study will attempt to answer the following research problem: How can the Russian Federation's strategy be understood in the Middle East and North Africa?.
