معوقات تقييم الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسات الجامعية دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات تقييم أداء الموظفين في جامعة غرداية من وجهة نظر المقيِمين، وذلك من خلال دراسة المحاور التالية) :الوصف الوظيفي، معايير ونماذج و أساليب التقييم، دور المقيم، دور المرؤوسين ( وعلاقتها بعملية تقييم الأداء، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و أسلوب الدراسة الميدانية وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات الأولية من خلال توزيعو على مجتمع الدراسة باستخدام الحصر الشامل، حيث شمل الموظفين الذين يقومون بعملية تقييم الأداء البالغ عددىم ( 33 ) موظف، تم توزيع الاستبيان على جميع أفراد المجتمع وتم استرداد ( 30 ) استبيان. وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها انو توجد علاقة ارتباط قوية بين معوقات تقييم الأداء وعملية تقييم الأداء ، و أن المشاكل المتعلقة بدور المقيِم و المعايير و النماذج و أساليب التقييم لها اكبر تأثير على عملية تقييم الأداءThis study to the acquaintance on blocking aimed at the evaluation performance of the employees in the university of Ghardaia from viewpoint of the estimators through the folowing axes: (the functional description, criteria, examples and ways of the evaluation, role of estimator, role of subordinates) and its relationship with performance evaluation. To achieve that the descriptive analytic mothed and field study were used depending on the questionnaire as an instrument to gather basic information by distributing it on society studious through the use of the restriction complete, where union of the employees who operation evaluation of the profound performance straightens in their number (33) employee, distribution of the questionnaire on all gathered individuals was complete and recovery was complete (30) questionnaire. This study reached for many results the main one is that there is a strong relationship between blocking performance evaluation and the performance evalation , and that the problems related to the role,the criteria , the examples , ways of the evaluation have fun big impact on operation performance evaluation
