إلتزامات الفدرالية الجزائرية لكرة القدم بضمان الخدمة العمومية - The Obligations Of The Algerian Football Federation To Guarantee Public Service

Résumé: الملخص: خص المشرع الجزائري الاتحاديات الرياضية الوطنية، ومن بينها الفدرالية الجزائرية لكرة القدم، بامتيازات خولت لها القيام بمهمة الخدمة العمومية التي تكتسبها من خلال الإعتراف لها بالمنفعة العمومية والصالح العام. وفي هذا الإطار تضمن القانون رقم 13-05 الممضي في 23 يوليو سنة2013 مجالات تفويض مهام الخدمة العمومية التي تضمنها وتمارسها الإتحادية الرياضية الوطنية، وإجراءات التفويض الوزاري للخدمة العمومية ومنح الاعتراف بالمنفعة العمومية والصالح العام، والحلات التي تؤدي إلى سحب تلك الإمتيازات والآثار المترتبة عنها. Summary: The Algerian legislator has distinguished national sports federations, including the Algerian Football Federation, with prerogatives that allow them to accomplish the public service mission that they acquire through their recognition of the public utility and the general interest. In this context, Law No. 13-05, of July 23, 2013, included the areas of delegation of public service tasks which are guaranteed and practiced by the National Sports Federation, the procedures for ministerial delegation of public service and the granting of recognition of the public utility and the general interest, as well as the situations which lead to the withdrawal of these privileges and their consequences.
