Résumé: Electronic management is the result of the technological development witnessed by the contemporary world, as it came as an imperative for institutions to keep pace with developments and changes in the external environment, as its application has a significant impact on the performance of the institution in all aspects, including job performance. From this point of view, our study aimed to identify the reality of electronic management in improving job performance in the institution under study, where the researcher used the analytical descriptive method, and the study population was selected from the institution’s employees who occupy administrative positions, whose number is (80) valid for statistical treatment using The Statistical Package Program (Spss), the study concluded with several results, the most important of which is the presence of an average level in the application of electronic management from the point of view of the employees of the institution, due to their awareness of its importance in raising the performance of the institution, offset by a high level of performance in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company. -I acknowledged-, as we found that the relationship The correlation between electronic management as an independent variable and job performance as a dependent variable is a strong direct relationship, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers with regard to personal variables (gender, age, educational level, seniority, job rank).
