أثر جودة الموقع الإلكتروني باستعمال مقياس Netqual على رضا الزبائن دراسة تطبيقية بفندق موريس بسكرة

Résumé: تستعرض هذه الدراسة جودة الموقع الإلكتروني وتأثيرها على رضا الزبائن باستعمال مقياس NETQUAL دراسة تطبيقية بفندق موريس بسكرة، تركز الدراسة على أربعة أبعاد رئيسية لجودة الموقع وهي التصميم، وسهولة الاستعمال، جودة المعلومات و الأمان والسرية، وتحليل كيف يؤثر ذلك على رضا الزبائن في الفندق. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و المنهج التحليلي في التطبيق العملي وقد تم توزيع استبيانات على عينة من زبائن الفندق، حيث تم جمع 99 استبيانا تم تحليلهم ببرنامج spss أظهرت النتائج أن جودة الموقع الإلكتروني تؤثر إيجابيا من خلال أبعاد مقياس NETQUAL على رضا الزبائن في فندق موريس. This study reviews the quality of the website and its impact on customer satisfaction using the NETQUAL scale, an applied study at the Maurice Hotel in Biskra. The study focuses on four main dimensions of website quality: design, ease of use, quality of information, security and confidentiality, and analyzes how this affects customer satisfaction in the hotel. The descriptive approach was used in the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach in the practical application. Questionnaires were distributed to a sample of the hotel’s customers, 99 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the SPSS program The results showed that the quality of the website has a positive effect, through the dimensions of the NETQUAL scale, on customer satisfaction at the Mairice Hotel.
