التعليم الجامعي عن بعد في مواجهة جائحة كورونا – جامعة سطيف2 نموذجا- University Distance Learning As A Response Strategy To Coronavirus Outbreak: Case Of Setif-2 University

Résumé: ملخص: أجبرت جائحة كورونا دول العالم على اتخاذ العديد من التدابير في مختلف المجالات، وضمن المجال التعليمي تقرّر في الجزائر تعليق الدراسة في الجامعات، وخوض تجربة التعليم الجامعي عن بعد. لذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تقييم هذه التجربة في الجامعة الجزائرية كاستراتيجية لمواجهة جائحة كورونا من خلال جامعة سطيف 2. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن التعليم عن بعد قد ساهم بفعالية في التصدي للجائحة، وقدم دعما مهما للعملية التعليمية، رغم الظروف الصعبة التي طُبق فيها. لذلك فقد بات لزاما على السلطات العمومية التفكير في وضع استراتيجية واضحة المعالم للتعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية في الظروف العادية والاستثنائية. Abstract: In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, countries over the world have been obliged to take various measures that affected several sectors. In the education sector, Algeria decided to suspend classes in the universities. As an alternative, the tutelary Ministry opted for distance learning. Therefore, through the case of Setif-2 University, this study is an attempt to assess the distance learning experience in the Algerian universities as a response strategy to the Coronavirus pandemic. The study has revealed that distance learning has effectively helped in facing the pandemic; this is mainly by keeping the learning process ongoing in spite of the difficult conditions in which it was applied. Based on this, it has become imperative that the public authorities develop a strategy for distance learning in the universities.
