مخاطر الدفع الالكتروني على المستهلك الالكتروني

Résumé: ملخص: انتشر كثيرا استعمال وسائل الدفع الالكترونية في العصر الحالي، غير أن انتشارها الكثيف أدى الى احاطتها بجملة من المخاطر زعزعت ثقة المستهلك فيها، الأمر الذي تطلب ضرورة إقرار الحماية التقنية والقانونية لها من كل صور الاعتداءات الماسة بها، وهذا هو الهدف من وراء البحث الذي قمنا به بالتعرض له على ضوء التشريع الجزائري، لنتوصل الى أن حماية هذا الأخير لوسائل الدفع غير كافي لعدم وجود نظام قانوني قائم بذاته ينظم الدفع الإلكتروني. :Abstract The use of electronic payment methods has spread a lot in the current era, but their heavy spread led to a number of risks that destabilized the consumer’s confidence in them, which required the necessity of approving technical and legal protection for them from all forms of attacks affecting them, and this is the goal behind the research that we have done By examining it in the light of Algerian legislation, we conclude that the latter's protection of payment means is not sufficient, as there is no independent legal system regulating electronic payment.
