الجزائر والصين: صراع ضد الامبريالية وتعاون من أجل التنمية

Résumé: يعالج هذا المقال العلاقات بين جمهورية الصين الشعبية والجمهورية الجزائرية منذ أن تمكنت الصين من الخروج منتصرة بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية وتجاوزها للحرب الأهلية وكيف صارت تجربتها في مواجهة الامبريالية العالمية تجربة رائدة جعلت الكثير من المناضلين الجزائريين يعجبون بها ويتلقون الدعم المباشر بمختلف الأشكال، ماليا وماديا وبخاصة دبلوماسيا خلال سنوات حرب التحرير (1954-1962). ورغم فتور العلاقة بين البلدين خلال سبعينات القرن العشرين إلاّ أن الماضي المشترك الذين يعود إلى فترات تاريخية بعيدة حينما كان الرحالة والتجار العرب المسلمين يتوافدون على بلاد الصين الغنية المتنوعة بشعوبها التي كانت ولا يزال تتقن الصناعة والتجارة، وكذا المصير المشترك في مواجهة الأحادية القطبية، قد جعل البلدان يجددان آليات التعاون في كثير من المجالات في مواجهة الرأسمالية العالمية المتجددة ومن أجل تحقيق التنمية، فهل ستستغل الجزائر الفرصة لإحداث تنمية شاملة، وكسب مكانة إقليمية ودولية متميزة؟ Abstract: This paper aims to cover a crucial period of the common history between Algeria and China. The relationship of the People's Republic of China and the Algerian Republic become stronger since China could emerge victoriously after World War II and overcome the civil war and how could this country fight imperialism. This experience became a kind of revolutionary liberation model that inspires many Algerian militants. During the Liberation War (1954- 1962), Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic received direct financial and material support. in spite of the coldness of the relationship during the seventies of the twentieth century, the common past, which dates back to long historical periods when Arab Muslim travelers and merchants discovered diverse and rich country in the far east, Chinese people were and still masters industry and trade, however a common destiny made the two countries renew cooperation in all Fields in the face of renewable global capitalism.
