Résumé: ملخص: تعد قضية الثقافة الوطنية والقومية من أهم القضايا الحساسة والمركزية في الأدبيات الفكرية والسياسية والتشريعية والتربوية، نظرا لما تمثله الثقافة بالنسبة لهوّية كل أمة ودولة، ومن هنا نرى حرص حكومات الأمم والدول على حماية هذه الثقافة وتشجيع الانتاج الفكري والأدبي الفني والعلمي بلغتها الوطنية، وتشجيع الالتزام بقيمها التاريخية والحضارية والاجتماعية، وإحياء عاداتها وتقاليدها وكل ما يتعلق بتراثها الثقافي، ومحاولة الحفاظ عليه من الضياع في ظل عصر الحداثة وما أحدثته من ثورة في القيم والفن والآداب والفكر تحت تأثير التطور العلمي والتقني المتسارع، و لا شك أن الأمة الجزائرية تعد من الأمم المعنية بهذه المسألة، نظرا لما تعرضت له الثقافة الجزائرية من تدمير وتشويه أثناء الفترة الاستعمارية، وتندرج ورقتنا البحثية هذه في هذا السياق، و التي سنتطرق فيها إلى تحديد مفهوم الثقافة وتحليل مرجعيات وأصول الثقافة الجزائرية وأبعادها، وكذا تحليل مشهد الصراع الثقافي والإيديولوجي الراهن وانعكاساته على الهوية الحضارية والثقافية للشعب الجزائري ومستقبله، و التعرف على أهم تيارات هذا الصراع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الثقافة، الحضارة، الهوّية، الأمة الجزائرية Abstract: The issue of national and cultural identity stands as one of the paramount and central concerns across intellectual, political, legislative, and educational spheres. This is owing to the intrinsic role culture plays in delineating the identity of nations and states. Governments worldwide exhibit a meticulousness in safeguarding their respective cultures, promoting intellectual, artistic, and scientific endeavors in their national tongues, and fostering adherence to historical, civilizational, and social values. This includes the revitalization of customs, traditions, and cultural heritage to prevent their erosion amidst the modern era's transformative trends in values, arts, literature, and thought spurred by rapid scientific and technological advancements.The Algerian nation, undoubtedly, finds itself deeply implicated in this discourse, given the ravages inflicted upon its cultural landscape during the colonial epoch. Within this milieu, our research endeavors to delineate the concept of culture, dissect the underpinnings and dimensions of Algerian culture, and scrutinize the current scene of cultural and ideological conflict. We aim to elucidate the repercussions of this conflict on the civilizational and cultural identity of the Algerian populace and its future trajectory, while also identifying the predominant currents at play in this conflict.
