أثر سياسة الانفتاح التجاري على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة- دراسة حالة الجزائر (2001-2020)

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة تأثير الانفتاح التجاري على قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من حيث العدد، وذلك بالنسبة للاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2001-2020، حاولنا إيجاد العلاقة بين كل من مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري وعدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط مع إدخال بعض التعديلات على النموذج المقدر. حيث تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين كل من مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري لسنتين السابقتين وعدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بنسبة تأثير 3.14%، يمكن لصانعي القرار الاستفادة من هذه النتائج في وضع سياسات للانفتاح التجاري على العالم الخارجي بما يساعد ويطور قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر The aim of this research paper is to know the impact of trade openness on the sector of small and medium enterprises in terms of number, for the Algerian economy during the period 2001-2020, where we tried to find the relationship between the trade openness index and the number of small and medium enterprises using a simple linear regression model. With some modifications to the estimated model. So we found a direct relationship between the trade openness index for the previous two years and the number of small and medium enterprises with an impact rate of 3.147939%. Therefore, decision makers can benefit from these results in developing policies for trade openness to the outside world in a way that helps and develops the small and medium enterprise sector in Algeria.
