اثر المسؤولية الإجتماعية على الأداء البيئي -حالة مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت Spa-biskra -cement

Résumé: دف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأبعادها(المسؤولية الخيرية، المسؤولية الأخلاقية، المسؤولية القانونية، المسؤولية 􀀡 الاقتصادية)على الأداء البيئي بمؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت ببسكرة. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم توزيع 100 استبيانا على العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، إلا أنه قد تم استرجاع 77 استمارة، وكان توصلت الدراسة إلى SPSS V 75 استبيانا صالحا للتحليل الإحصائي، وبعد معالجة البيانات من خلال برنامج التحليل الإحصائي 24 مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، ومستوى مرتفع للأداء البيئي لها، كما توصلنا إلى وجود أثر للمسؤولية الاجتماعية على الأداء البيئيي المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وكذا لأبعادها ما عدا بعد المسؤولية الاقتصادية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، الأداء البيئي، الكفاءة البيئية، الفعالية البيئية. مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت. Abstract : The perpose of this study is to highligh the impact of social responsibility on its environmental dimensions (moral responsibility, moral responsibility, legal responsibility, economic responsibility) on the environmental performance of Biskra Cement Company in Biskra, because environmental performance is one of the most important factors in social responsibility To achieve the objectives of this study, 100 forms were distributed to the employees of the institution under study, but 77 forms were retrieved, 2 were canceled because they were not valid for analysis, and 75 were valid for statistical analysis. After processing the data through the data processing program, Statistical analysis 24 SPSS V The study reached a number of results, the most important being the high level of social responsibility practice in the institution under study, high level of environmental performance practice, and we found an impact of social responsibility on the environmental performance of the institution under study.
