المشروع الأنثروبولوجي الكولونيالي ودور المؤسسة الثقافية الجزائرية في إزاحته

Résumé: من أهم ادّعاءات الخطاب الأنثروبولوجي الفرنسي اعتماد الموضوعية سبيلا لمعرفة ثقافة الآخر المختلف من خلال الاستناد إلى الأنثروبولوجيا و العلوم المجاورة لها باعتبارها إطارات معرفية لها مقوّماتها وقوانينها. ولمّا كان الهدف يتجاوز المعرفة في حدّ ذاتها إلى استغلالها من أجل الاستيلاء الهيمنة، كانت الكولونيالية هي المقوّم الأساسي للدراسات الأنثروبولوجية في الجزائر، مستفيدة في ذلك من المناخ المعرفي الذي تميّز حينها بالتأصيل المعرفي للأنثروبولوجيا و الاستفادة القصوى من كلّ الوسائل المعرفية و التقنية المتاحة. أمّا صاحب الأرض فقد كان منشغلا بإخراج الدخيل الفرنسي من أرضه أكثر من الاهتمام بتوثيق ثقافته الشعبية عدا تلك الإشارات التي توحي بالممارسة الأنثروبولوجية في كتابات بعض أعلام الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية. في غضون ذلك ؛ ستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية رصد جهود المؤسسة الثقافية الجزائرية في مجال الاهتمام بالثقافة الشعبية قبل وبعد الاستعمار بعد تتبع مسار المنظومة الأنثروبولوجية الاستعمارية في محاولتها اغتصاب مقوّمات الهوية الوطنية عن طريق تقويض الثقافة الشعبية الجزائرية بمختلف تمثّلاتها. The most prominent claims of anthropological discourse is the adoption of objectivity as a way to know the different culture of another person, by relying on Anthropology Since the purpose goes beyond knowledge in itself to exploiting it in order to seize hegemony, colonialism was the main component of anthropological studies in Algeria, benefiting from the epistemological climate that was characterized at that time by the cognitive rooting of anthropology and the maximum use of all knowledge and technical means. As for the owner of the land, he was preoccupied with expelling the colonialists from his country .was more concerned with getting the French intruder out of his land than with documenting his popular culture, except for those references that suggest anthropological practice in the writings of some flags of the Algerian national movement.
