التدريب الالكتروني وأثره على الأداء في ظل أزمة كورونا (دراسة حالة مؤسسة أوبتيموم تيليكوم ألجيريا –جيزي-) E-training And Its Impact On Performance In Light Of The Corona Crisis (a Case Study Of Optimum Telecom Algeria – Djezzy-)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير التدريب الالكتروني على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في مؤسسة أوبتيموم تيليكوم ألجيريا ''جيزي'' في ظل أزمة كورونا. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 44 موظفا في مؤسسة جيزي. واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نظام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss). وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن التدريب الالكتروني يساعد على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين خلال أزمة كورونا بمؤسسة جيزي، كما كشفت على وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التدريب الالكتروني والأداء الوظيفي بناءا على معامل الإرتباط، تعزى لمتغيريات الدراسة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتدريب العامل البشري حول استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة، وضرورة تشجيع الابتكار المحلي والداخلي. The study aims to identify the extent of the impact of electronic training on the job performance of the employees of Optimum Telecom Algeria “GEZE” in light of the Corona crisis. The study was conducted on a sample of 44 employees of Geeze Corporation. The study relied on a questionnaire to collect data, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) system. The study concluded that e-training helps improve the job performance of employees during the Corona crisis at GEZE Corporation, and also revealed a statistically significant effect between e-training and job performance based on the correlation coefficient, due to the study variables. In light of these results, the researcher recommended the need to pay attention to training the human factor on the use of modern technologies, and the need to encourage local and internal innovation.
