التعليم الإلكتروني وفاعلية الأداء التدريسي الجامعي في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19 "من وجهة نظر الأساتذة." دراسة حالة كليات الاقتصاد بالجامعات الجزائرية (e-learning And The Effectiveness Of University Teaching Performance In Light Of The Covid 19 Crisis "from The Teachers' Point Of View" Case Study: Economics Faculties In Algerian Universities

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد دور التعليم الالكتروني في زيادة فاعلية الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة كليات العلوم الاقتصادية بالجامعات الجزائرية من وجهة نظرهم وذلك في ظل أزمة كورونا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانه اشتملت على34 عبارة، تم توزيعها الكترونيا على عينة عشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانه اشتملت على34 عبارة، تم توزيعها الكترونيا على عينة عشوائية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وايميلات الأساتذة، ولقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية متوسط خلال أزمة كورونا، كما أن أداء الأساتذة في نفس الفترة كان متواضعا، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة طردية موجبة متوسطة بين التعليم الالكتروني والأداء التدريسي. The study aims to determine the role of e-learning in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching performance of professors of the Faculties of Economic Sciences in Algerian university from their point of view, in light of the Corona crisis, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built that included 34 phrases, which were distributed electronically to a random sample through social media sites and emails of professors. The results of the study revealed that the application of e-learning in Algerian universities is average during the Corona crisis; and that the performance of professors during the same period was modest; there are moderate relationships between e-learning and teaching performance.
